Uh, hi, everyone. I guess I must've blacked out for the past few days or something....I don't even remember how I wound up here in Cianwood.

But I need to figure out how to get back to Goldenrod. I left some of my stuff there, including my map, as well as somebody pretty important. I mean, I doubt it'll be that difficult to find my way, but it'd be nice to be pointed in the right direction.

[ He stops walking for a moment, and focuses on something beyond the camera. ]

Oh, give me a minute. That person looks like they might know which way I should go.

[ The feed clicks off for a few minutes, during which Junpei presumably asks for the directions back to Goldenrod.

When the feed eventually turns back on, though, Junpei looks just the littlest bit frazzled. But only a little bit. Really. ]

Apparently, the only way out of here is by ferry or by surfing, so, uh.....guess I'm not going back to Goldenrod?

From the sounds of it. If I remember my estimates right... It takes three days to get here from Olivine, probably a week and a half from there to Ecruteak--- [He pauses as he ponders this, making estimates based on what people mentioned was hard after all, and from what he understood of the map.] ---and probably a week to get to Goldenrod from there on foot.

...That is a while. Well, that's great.

At least the on-foot traveling shouldn't be too bad....I've done enough of that to be used to it.

It shouldn't be, no. You're going to have to take a boat if you want to get to Olivine from here. Other than that, you're pretty much traveling by foot until you get to Goldenrod.

Is a boat my only option?

From here? Most definitely, since we're across the sea.

I'm.....not willing to get on a boat. Too many bad memories.

Well... there's always trying to get a person who has a pokemon who can surf or fly to help you out. I don't know if teleportation would work.

...Any of those options sound better. Yeah, I think I'll try finding someone.

[Hrm.] Well, I have been hearing some people offering to help others get back to mainland through flying or surfing. If you can catch them before they leave, you should be able to get back.

That might be my best bet. I'll have to go see if I can find any of them...

Make myself comfortable here, I guess. Not much else I can do.

That much of a stigma against boats?

I'd rather be safe than sorry.

It's your loss, but it's going to be a problem if you know someone on the mainland and you can't even get there.

...You know, somehow, I think she'd understand. Besides, a long-distance relationship can't be that difficult....
